I have a crazy busy 1 1/2 leading up to my birthday! I think I have 9-10 photoshoots! Hopefully I will be able to get my workouts in! However shooting in this weather is by far a workout in it self. Yesterday I had 2 shoots back to back as well as ran 10 miles before that! I had weighed myself in the morning and by the time I got back from the shoot I had lost just over 4 pounds!! Holy moly! That was mostly water weight so this morning much of that is back!
This week I only lost .5 pounds. I have been slacking on keeping track of my in/outs. But Ill will start back up today. I really want to achieve my goal and at the end of the week I want to be able to look back and not say hmmm I wonder why I only lost .5 pounds. I do however somewhat think that it's not getting to those last 10 pounds which everyone claims to be the absolute hardest to lose. I don't know that I can lose another 6.5 pounds before the 30th. Steve says that you will lose about 5 pounds climbing up. Soooo maybe I only need to lose 1.5! lol I have been starting to feel really great. Even though the main areas I am measuring are not going down all that much I am for sure noticing a difference in other areas! I think at this point the only thing I am really hating are my arms still. Everything just needs to be toned up. And I think this will take longer then 2 weeks and I am okay with that. At least I have gotten my weight down to where I want it and am feeling pretty good!!
2nd week of August is Obon week! We will be heading down to Izu Peninsula (not too far away) with a work friend of Steves. There is nice white sand beaches there I guess and we will apparently be learning to surf. Or at least Steve will! It sounds really fun but I am so afraid of what is lurking in the waters. Sorry but I have seen a lifetimes worth of Jelly fish in the waters here as well as many different things in the grocery stores that I am afraid to go in the water here. I may just be sitting on the beach taking photos instead and working on a tan! lol I would love to get up enough courage to get out there so we will see. :o) Anywho... I have a little less then a month before I will be in a bikini!!! Wish me luck!
