Sitting here stuffed... :( Over did it at dinner. It was too delicious.. :o) Wish I liked another salad dressing! Oh well, we all have to have at least one thing we can't give up. I am a ranch girl and will always be! Hopefully I can try to control my portions in the future.
Today was a rest day for working out! However Steve and I went out an walked all over the area for 4-5hours checking out the festival. Nothing too exciting going on, but it was nice to get out in the warm sun!
Firefly drinks are delicious and are packed with all natural ingredients! Much better for you then a red bull! I didn't have the sharpen up, I had the "health kick" but I couldn't find it on the list. The health kick (Blood Orange & Manuka Honey + Elderberry & Thyme) It's an herbal drink, all natural ingredients, and no caffeine. This particular drink contains Manuka Honey, Elderberry, Siberian Ginseng, Thyme, Ginger, Cinnamon, Galangal and Rosemary. Not sure if they sell them in the states. They come from London in these fun bottles that have fun stories on them. I get one each time we go to the Happy Lawson in Yamashita!
Tomorrow's plan is to get up and go for a run, distance will depend on my ankle. Following the run Steve and I will be taking out bikes 13 miles to Sea Paradise area where they are have a Hydrangea festival, hopefully enjoy another beautiful day in the sun! :o)
Walking is a great way to lose calories too- I am sure 4-5 hours of walking did you good too :)
